When did you start at HellermannTyton?

October 2016

What is your favourite thing about working for HellermannTyton?

My favourite thing about working for HellermannTyton is definitely the culture and the team spirit, it makes obtaining work goals so much easier.

My tip: If you are passionate about something, give 100% to it

What inspires you?

My little family – they make me want to do better and be better. As well as setting goals and working towards achieving them.

Do you have any advice for any young women in the work place?

If you are passionate about something and give 100% to it, it will always come out good, because you gave your best. Never underestimate yourself, go for what you want, know your worth and always move forward with a positive mindset. Even though things do not always go the way you want it to, never stop trying.

A few words from our Woman of the Year Runner-Up, Phindi Dludla (Production Systems Administrator).

When did you start at HellermannTyton?

I started working for HellermannTyton last year, 2023 March 01.

What is your favourite thing about working for HellermannTyton?

My favourite thing about working for HellermannTyon is the diversity, the culture , working and interacting with such talented people. HellermannTyton has this amazing friendly atmosphere, you feel at home, that unity and the opportunities to grow that’s what I like the most about working for HellermannTyon.

My tip: Believe in yourself and the power you possess

What inspires you?

Challenges inspires me, being challenged and going out of my way to push to the next level is inspiring to me.

Do you have any advice for any young women in the work place?

Believe in yourself and the power you possess, you can do anything that you put your mind into and its never too late to grow ( Learn). The best way to the top is to be honest, respect, work hard and know your self-worth, you should Never compromise your self-worth.
